GHMC Ban on Polythene carry bags from Today

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will strictly enforce ban on polythene carry bags in Greater Hyderabad limits from today.Polythene covers will be banned completely. The state already has similar laws in places like Tirupati and even GHMC has banned polythene bags in certain green parks in Hyderabad. But with this new enforcement, there will be no plastic bags used with in the city limits that are known to cause damage to the mother earth.
