Reconsider land acquisition process: Pawan Kalyan

Pawan Kalyan, who came to visit the capital region villages in Thullur, spoke to farmers in Undavalli village.

Later speaking to the media and his fans “I appeal the state government to talk with the farmers once again before going ahead with the land acquisition process. It will not do any good to the state if the farmers shed tears. They told me that they are ready to give their lands for roads formation. So, I appeal the ministers Prattipati Pulla Rao and P Narayana to stop the land acquisition process and talk to the farmers to know their views. Home Minister Rajnath Singh has assured that no agricultural land will be taken unless it is very essential and even then also only five percent of land will be taken. So, I suggest the state government to spare the farmers those who are not willing to hand over their lands,” he said.

“Please note that I did not come here just to give some statement to media. I am not promising you that I will return your lands after next elections. I will start my fight to protect your interests from this minute. After returning to Hyderabad, I will talk to the Chief Minister and come again here with answers to your questions,” said Pawan Kalyan.
