Is Congress going to declare Telangana soon?

Congress MP Palwai Govardhan Reddy has made two significant statements yesterday. He said that many leaders including MLAs, MPs and Ministers are ready to leave the party and some of them plan to join YSR Congress party. He said the party high command is aware of this situation and taking necessary steps. He then asked why the Congress party should give advantage to other parties on Telangana issue, while it is taking pains to form the Telangana state. He said Center is going to declare Telangana any time after May month this year. He seems wants to say that Center is planning to announce Telangana soon because either it is worried with the developments in the party or to gain full advantage to itself in the upcoming elections. However, this is the first positive sign that comes from Congress party in the recent times in favor Telangana. If he is to be believed then it will be a bad news for TRS as it has to loose entire credit to Congress party despite doing a decade long agitations. In such case, it will counter BJP also, which is assuring Telangana in 100 days if elected to power.
