Pakistan intensifies strikes because India called off talks? “The current attacks by Pakistan troops on India troops is the result of India calling off talks,” opines Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. Being the Chief Minister of a very sensitive border state, instead of assuring the safety to the people of his state, he is arguing in favor of Pakistan government.

“He is taking soft stand on separatists, because he is eying upcoming Assembly elections of the state,” said BJP leader Mukthar Abbas Naqvi.

Pakistani troops have intensified their attacks on border Indian posts and villages across international border. Around 40 border posts and 23 villages on Indian side were attacked since last night, said an officer on the duty. Indian troops are also retaliating with matching velocity.
