Cinema halls to sell food at MRP

You might have planned to enjoy your weekend by watching a movie with your family. But your plan would soon turn out to be a nightmare during the interval. A family of four member have to spend at least 500 Rs/- for just having some snacks in the cinema halls. Now the Telangana government has started cracking down this system. The government has made it clear that all kinds of brands should be made available in the movie halls and not even one rupee should charged extra on the MRP. Even the unpacked foods should be sold according to the price list displayed on the board. Severe penalties would be imposed ranging up to one lakh and the defaulter might even be facing jail for his offense.
