Mohan Babu faces setback in SC

Getting Padmasri Award indeed is really a great honor for any actor or to any person, but the same will become embarrassing if has to fight for it in the courts for any reasons. Padmasri Awardees Manchu Mohan Babu and ace comedian Brahmanandam both are facing similar situation now. The state high court responding to private petitions has ordered them both to surrender their prestigious awards back to government and also asked them not to use them for anywhere, for they misused their awards in titles of their movies.

Therefore, Mohan Babu has knocked the Supreme Court doors challenging High Court’s orders. However, there also he faces setback. Though, the apex court gave him relief by granting stay on High Court’s orders, it also orders him not to use his award anywhere until it permits him. His case was adjourned to April 17th. All this ugly legal fight to retain their prestigious award that is given honoring their talents indeed is very painful. No surprise, if they both returns their awards back to government, when they lost patience.
