The Union minister for Tribal Affairs `Jual Oram’ has praised Vijay Mallya to be smart in dealing with bankers. And not just that, he advised the Tribal people to follow the steps of Vijay Mallya in acquiring bank loans and default them. ``Who asked Adivasis not to influence the system? Who prevented you from influencing bankers,” said Mr. Oram speaking at a meeting organised by Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
