Reacting to the tall promises made by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the plenary sessions of YSR Congress Party at Idupulapaya, AP Law Minister E Prathap Reddy said that one has to make only those promises which the state can afford to fulfill. State budget is not enough to fulfill all his promises. He should tell, from where he will generate the required funds for keeping up his promises.
