KTR meets Kavuri

It was an interesting meeting between a die-hard Telangana activist K.Taraka Rama rao and Samaikyandhra supporter Kavuri Sambhasiva rao. KTR met Kavuri today after his return to Hyderabad as textiles Minister. Their meeting lasts for less than half an hour. KTR told the media that thy have not discussed any politics but met him only to appeal to grant Textile park or a mega power-loom zone in Sirisilla. He thanked Kavuri for changing his stand on Telangana issue.

However, KTR might have met him to know whether he is really changed his stand or will be playing his cards behind the screen. Kavuri has categorically stated that, though he abides by the party decision, it doesn’t mean that he has changed his opinion on bifurcation of the state. This statement indicates that there is possibility of playing cards in favor of Samaikyandhra, though he won’t attend their meetings.
