KEEP DIABETES AWAY WITH EGG AND DAIRY PRODUCTS!

Surprised? It is a very unusual remedy but experts say its very effective. For more proof you can take a look at what the research of a University of Eastern Finland has revealed. After a controlled experiment it was realized that men who ate 4 eggs in a week brought down their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 37%. However, taking more than 4 eggs per week did not lead to any other benefits that are worth a mention.

Another group of Scandinavian scientists who conducted a similar research, pointed out that increased consumption of high fat dairy products can bring down your risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 23%. Shockingly, 6% of the population in Britain are diagnosed with diabetes and most of the people fall in the type 2 category. If you don’t want to be one among them, consult your doctor and include these essential foods in your diet.
