20,000/- fine for making pakodis

Remember our Honorable Prime Minister Modi Ji advising the youth to make Pakodis for livelihood instead of being unemployed. However a student of JNU who mocked this statement was fined with 20,000 rupees and was ordered to vacate his hostel. `Manish Kumar Meena’ made pakodis in university campus to protest the PM’s remark. However the administration has considered this seriously and imposed the said fine. Interestingly almost all the students who were participated in such protests in JNU has been severely fined. While the university administration claim this to be a part of disciplinary measures, students claim these as actions to appease the central government.
