Jayalalitha Re-election a smooth affair?

The polling in Radha Krishnan Nagar in Chennai begins on Saturday morning. The bye-election was necessitated with AIADMK party’s MLA P Vetrivel from this constituency vacated his seat to enable Chief Minister Jayalalitha seek re-election as it is constitutional mandatory for her.
Besides her, there are total 27 candidates are in the race. However, the main contest would be between her and the CPI candidate C Mahendran. It appears she strategically chooses the RK Nagar constituency to seek re-election. It is the smallest constituency in the state. It has total 2, 43, 301 voters only which would ease the pressure on the ruling AIADMK party.
