CBI court rejects Jagan’s petition

Jagan Mohan Reddy’s plea for further relaxation of bail conditions turned down by CBI court yesterday. He appealed the court to allow him to go to Bangalore whenever he wants because many of his friends and relatives are settled there. He also appeals the court to let him go by flight instead of going by road way as he has security issues. However, CBI lawyers argued that if he is allowed to visit Bangalore without the knowledge of the court, he may influence the witnesses and the case. The court agreeing with their argument has dismissed his petition. It suggests him to apply for permission whenever he wants to go to Bangalore.

Actually, CBI has court granted him conditional bail, but later it relaxed several conditions upon his request. This is first time, CBI court rejects his petition. Although, 10 charge sheets were filed against him, so far not a single one of it had any considerable progress.

Although, he is A-1 accused in 10 charge sheets, he becomes law-maker and unfortunately missed to become Chief Minister of the state because of the sudden change in the political equations during electioneering. He is enjoying his (bail) life fully like any other politician in the country. No one knows why there is no momentum in his disproportionate assets cases.
