Jagan gives call for 3 day protests on crop loans waiver issue

YCP President Jagan Mohan Reddy seems to be much eager than the farmers and dwakra groups over loan waiver. Earlier, he served ultimatum to state government that his party will start agitations if TDP government fails to clear all the loans within one month. But, today he gave a call to his party cadres for a three day protests and dharnas all over the state protesting the government’s ideas to cheat the farmers by prolonging the crop loans waiver issue. He asked his party men to burn the effigies of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu all over the state during their protests. He also named this effigy burning as ‘Narakasura Vadha,’ which can be translated as killing of demon king Narakasura. Jagan Mohan Reddy also appealed left parties and all others to join his three day dharna program.

He said that the way people of Telangana pressurized their government to waive off all crop loans by burning effigies of Telangana CM KCR, the same way YSR Congress party also plans to make CM Chandrababu Naidu to waive off the crop loans immediately by burning his effigies.
