Jagan seeks court permission to leave Hyd.

Jagan Mohan Reddy, who was released from jail on conditional bail and was asked not to step out of Hyderabad city, seems can’t follow the court directions for a long time. Hardly two days passed after his release from jail, he filed a petition in CBI court seeking permission to go to his home town Idupulapaya and from there to Guntur to attend the tractors rally to be conducted by his party for Samaikyandhra. The court asks for CBI opinion on his request.

According to latest reports, he is stressing his party seniors to encourage TDP and Congress MLAs, MPs and leaders to join his party. He is particular about Krishna and Guntur districts, which is considered to be strong holds of TDP and Congress parties. So, first he chooses Guntur to begin his ‘operation- aakarsha’ by conducting a rally there. Some Congress leaders related former minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana from the same district have already joined his party few months ago, and he might be planning to influence the others also with his physical presence in the rally. Once, if CBI grants permission to move out of the city, he may come-up with same kind of appeals at regular intervals to move around Seemandhra region.

The court adjourns his case to Monday.
