Is Home Minister ignorant about sections in the Bifurcation Bill?

TRS MPs Jitendar Reddy and Vinod Kumar claim that Home Minister Rajnath Singh has agreed to suspend the orders issued by his ministry to Telangana government for according full police administrative powers to governor in common capital Hyderabad.

Speaking to media they said that Home Minister, who was convinced with their arguments has also agreed to change the verbatim of the orders in the letter. They said that Home Minister not even knows what is mentioned in section 8 of the AP Reorganization Bill-2014 until they educate him. They said that they are not opposing the section but opposing misuse of the section. They reiterate their stand to fight against according powers to Governor till Centre revokes its decision.

If they are to be believed then it should be considered as ignorance or negligence of Home Ministry sending a letter to Telangana government without studying the clauses of section 8 in the bill. Otherwise, TRS MPs may be trying bluffing the people by stating that Home Minister is ignorant about the clause and the letter was sent to state without his knowledge.
