Here's a good news to intermediate second year students who are taking improvement examination because of the goof-up in Physics paper this year. Deputy chief minister Rajanarasimha held a meeting with education minister Pardhasaradhi and Intermediate Board officials today to clear the confusion over EAMCET rankings.

In the meeting, it was decided that EAMCET results will be announced on 24 May as scheduled, but only marks will be announced. Eamcet ranks will be announced only after Inter supplementary results are out. This way the students will not suffer in Eamcet Counselling. The government has already issued orders to Intermediate Board to this effect.
