Virat Disappoints, Pujara, Rahane Become Saviors

Captain Virat Kohli’s disappointing show continues. He once again got out quickly. Kohli scored just 15 runs in second innings of second test against Australia. However, its middle order batsmen Chateswar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane became saviors for the team. Though India started the innings on positive mode, fall of four wickets in quick session, threw them to danger zone. Pujara and Rahane added 93 runs in 33.5 overs in their fifth wicket partnership.

Post tea is the first session of the Test when a wicket hasn't fallen and at the end of the day India have a lead of 126 runs, with a total score of 213/4. Pujara and Rahane are batting with the scores of 79 and 40 respectively.

Josh Hazlewood was the best of the visitors' attack, changing his tactics and preferring to hit the seam in this innings - as opposed to trying the swing the ball in the first. If India can bat well in the first two sessions of tomorrow and add another 100 runs, India will have maximum chances to win the test match.
