10 Hints for a Happy Journey

Everyone loves to be on journey! And there are some time tested advises from our elders to be minded while we prepare for a journey. We may hate them… but can’t just ignore them. These are some of the suggestions we often receive to make our journey HAPPY.

- List out the things which would be of your daily need. From dawn to dusk, try to remember the accessories which are needed for a hassle free day. Many of us often forget the essentials like the toothbrush or a hanky!

- `Less luggage, more comfort’ is always a keyword for an easy journey! Our bag is not a teddy bear to stuff it. More luggages can often deliver painful experiences.

- You might have to pass through the crowd to reach the plane or the train. Make sure that you are along with your team all the way. And don’t lose the trail of your kids in such situations.

- It would always help to have the list of important contact numbers with us… jotted down on a paper. That might save us from the situations where we might lose our possessions and has to stare at the dead end.

- These are the days of unknown perils and unwanted checkups. So it turns compulsory to carry an identity card with us.

- Never get involved with the strangers. A few pleasantries might not be a risk. But avoid the conversation if someone starts asking the private questions. Never accept the food from the strangers if you are alone.

- Shopping is the byproduct of a journey. You see a lot of things that feast your eyes. But think before you decide to purchase it. Consult your family members before you grab something that is huge or expensive.

- You can find food everywhere while you are on a journey. But you can never be sure of its impact on your health. Food if poisoned can be disastrous to your health, and you are away from the home. So resist your temptation to eat every chunk that attracts you.

- Your journey might be to a tourist place or to the house of a relative. Keep following the etiquette for the situation.

- And finally keep an eye on your luggage. Don't let it to be misplaced. Above all... make sure that you are back to home in a happy and healthy mood. HAPPY JOURNEY!!!
