Operations at SCU have been halted by HC

Hyderabad: The government of Telangana has been directed by the High Court of Hyderabad to halt the works at the stone crusher unit which has been set up by Venkateshwar Rao Samineni and which is located at Nelakondapalli in the district of Khammam.

An interim order has been passed by the bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Justice Shankar Narayana and Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganthan while dealing with a petition which has been filed by Venkat Narayana with thirty three other peasants.
