Andhra Pradesh government got a relief with High Court granting a stay on the southern bench of green tribunal, Chennai’s order. Responding to a private petition, it orders the AP government not to auction the red sanders. Hence, when AP government challenges its order in the High Court, it grants a stay on it. Therefore, line is clear for conducting auction of red sander logs, otherwise it would tie the hands of state government.
