GoM final meeting today

The last and crucial meeting of GoM will be held on Tuesday. The GoM is expected to wrap its final report on bifurcation and submit the same to union cabinet meeting to be held on Thursday. Jairam Ramesh, one of the members GoM has prepared a 69-page AP Reorganization bill-2013. GoM will go through it and give final touch-ups to it. GoM has to take decisions on Hyderabad status during this meeting. GoM likely to add Rayala Telangana in its report, but it may leave the final decision to union cabinet. The proposed cabinet meeting to be held tomorrow is postponed to Wednesday, due to Assembly elections in Delhi.

Back at home in AP, the state cabinet meeting will be held today. It would be a very significant meeting as it may be probably the last one in Andhra Pradesh state in its present united form, in case the Centre could get the T-bill approved in winter sessions.
