GO issued for AP students’ fees reimbursement

Few weeks ago, AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has announced that his government is ready to reimburse the fee to all those students, who are currently studying in Telangana. AP government following section 371, issued a GO for AP students fees reimbursment. 

While Telangana government sets 1956 as the reference year to determine nativity of the students, AP government applies it only to last seven years. Those, who studied seven years in AP will be considered as natives, whether they are currently pursuing higher studies in AP or Hyderabad.  Then, both governments have to think about those Andhra students, who were born and brought up in Telangana as they are neither considered as natives of Andhra or Telangana states.
