Ghoraknath express accident- Death toll 20

There has been a major rail accident in Santh Kabirnagar in the state of Uttar Pradesh where the Gorakhnath express rammed into a stationery goods train. The incident occurred this morning when the express train came on the same track near Churaid Railway Station, as per the rail authorities there. Around 20 people have reportedly died in the accident and more than 50 people have been severely injured in this accident. The railway authorities have reached the spot and rescue operations have started. Around 6 coaches have been damaged in this incident and the number of injured could rise after more confirmed reports come in.
