Hyderabad: E S L Narasimhan, the governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telanaga, was asked by the congress party not to demolish the existing building of the secretariat and to stop the construction of the new structure which would cost around Rs 350 Crore.
Mohammad Ali Shabbir wrote letters in this regard and sent to the governor and the CM, in which the senior congress leader stated that, the government of the state had no scientific or valid reason to explain the razing of the present structure.
