TG & AP file affidavits against a case.

Hyderabad: On Tuesday, the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were asked to counter file against a case by the High court of Hyderabad describing the actions taken to reduce copying that is taking place in the public examinations using unfair means.

A petition which has been filed by Dr Srinivas Guntupalli daring both the governments of AP and TG was being dealt by the division bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Justice A Shankar Narayana and Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan.
