DMK supremo and Tamil Nadu former chief minister Mr. Karunanidhi flew to Delhi today made a trip to Tihar jail to meet his daughter Kanimozhi, who is lodged there in connection with 2G Spectrum case.

It has been customary with the DMK chief to meet Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, whenever he visited Delhi earlier, but this time he is going to skip meeting Sonia, as he is unhappy over Congress high command's stand on 2G case. Mr. Dayanidhi Maran is also said to have flown to Delhi in a separate flight, while Mr. Karunannidhi's elder son Alagiri is already there in Delhi.
