Delay in filing discharge petition in Jagan's case

CBI court judge U.Durga Prasad, when asked Jagan’s lawyer whether they have filed any discharge petition, he asks for few days time to file it, probably during next hearing on April 8th. The Judge has warned him that if he fails to file the discharge petition on 8th then the court will allow the arguments on his case. The case was adjourned to April 8th.

However, the lawyers representing Konery Madhu, Srikanth Joshi, Vijaya Raghava, Emmar MGF and BHLPL have filed a discharge petition in the court appealing to drop all the cases filed against their clients. CBI has filed counter against EMMAR case and asked permission to file the counters against all others in a few days.
