Dilshukh Nagar twin blasts conspiracy unleashed

The Central Crime Branch officials have found that a homeopathy doctor Sayyeed Ismail Afakhi known as ‘doctor saheb’ in Bangalore is the man, who supplied explosives to the Indian Mujahuddeen terrorists for Dilshukh Nagar twin bomb blasts that occurred on 2013, February 21st. CCB police have arrested him and three others Saddam Hussein, Abdul Suboor and Riyaz Ahmad Sayyeedi in the last month from Bangalore.

The investigating agency found that Dr. Ismail belongs to Batkal village in the north Karnataka state. He used to take instructions from the mastermind of this twin bomb blast Riyaz Batkal, who is now taking shelter in Pakistan. The two terrorists Asadullah Akthar alias Haddi (resident of Ajamghad in UP state) and Zia Ur Rehman alias Waqas (Pakistani citizen) took a flat (No: 301) in Jaffire Towers in Bangalore before conducting these twin bomb blasts.

Riyaz Batkal was used to co-ordinate with all these people from Pakistan through chatting. However, he doesn’t let them know about each other during the entire operation. Ajeej Sheikh, who is working as a software engineer in Pune city was assigned to handover Rs.6.8 lakh cash to one of the terrorists Haddi. He delivered that amount to Haddi through Supama Forense Pvt. Ltd and a hawala dealer in Bangalore.

Dr. Sayyeed Ismail handed over 25 kgs of ammonium nitrate and 30 detonators to Haddi at Unity Health Center in Mangalore. Tehseen Akthar and Waqas, who planted bombs in two different places in Dilshukh Nagar have reached Hyderabad and took a room on rent at Abdullahpurmet area. Finally, they complete this operation on 2013, February 21st and flee away from the place, but later nabbed by the CCB police.

The investigating agency was able to nab seven out of the eight conspirators of this twin bomb blasts case in which several people were died and dozens of people were badly injured. Pakistan is giving shelter to Riyaz Batkal, the master mind behind this conspiracy.
