Speaking to state leaders, he said “ We believe that smaller states will strengthen our party. That’s why, I have asked the AP CM, Dy.CM and PCC president to submit a road map on Telangana. Party has decided to resolve this issue forever very soon.” His statement clearly indicates that Congress has made-up its mind to create separate state very soon.
