Dharmana files petition against CBI in HC

Minister Dharmana Prasadarao, who is backed by the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy against CBI interrogation but forced to attend the CBI trial has filed a petition in High Court yesterday asking to terminate the case filed by the CBI against him as the government has not given permission to CBI for trying him in Jagan Mohan Reddy’s illegal assets case and in other cases. The court will take-up his petition today.
