Devineni Uma digs at PM Manmohan

TDP is conducting dharna at Prakash barrage in protest against Brijesh Kumar Tribunal award on Krishna waters. Farmers and people from surrounding districts have arrived in large numbers to participate in this dharna.

TDP senior leader Devineni Uma speaking on the occasion has said the tribunal award will be suicidal for the farmers, who mainly depend on Krishna waters and to the people depended on it for drinking water. However, the government is not feeling pinch at all. Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh has not given appointment to Chandrababu Naidu, who was former CM of the state and is the main opposition leader of the state for submitting a memorandum to him. However, he gave appointment to a white collar criminal Jagan Mohan Reddy. Uma flayed the Congress party for playing with Telugu people’s self-respect. He sharply criticized for the injustice made to Telugu people.
