Delhi CM Shiela Dikshit Resigns

BJP is leading in Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan but Congress has picked-up in Chattisgarh. Aam Admi party emerges as second biggest party in Delhi leaving Congress party in third place. Delhi CM Shiela Dikshith has sent her resignation letter to Delhi Lieutenant Governor a short while ago.
