Court extends remand to Gali& Co upto April 15th

The court extends remand for Sunil Reddy upto April 8th and remand for Gali Janardhan Reddy, BV Srinivasa Reddy, Ali Khan arrested in connection with OMC case has been extended upto April 15th. The court allows Tummala Ranga rao to go USA, who was earlier granted clemency by the court in EMMAR case.

 

BPL Acharya, Vijaya Raghava, Rajendra Prasad, Koneru Rajendra Prasad, Sravan Gupta, who were granted bail have attended the trial. However, LV Subrahmanyam, Srikanth Joshi and KV Rao, who were also granted bail earlier, have appealed the court to exclude them from personally attending the court.
