Home Minister Shinde has announced that the T-Bill will be presented into Rajya Sabha on February 12th. His announcement prior to President’s approval of the bill passed by Cabinet, is raising two questions. 1.Did President Pranab assured him that he will approve the bill without any delay on his part? 2. Or the Centre has set a deadline to President to sign the bill before that date? Otherwise, how he assumes that President will approve and dispatch the bill before February 12th.
If we observe how the T-Bill is sailing smooth from day one of its journey, Congress seems has a specific schedule for every stage of the T-bill. Probably, it is moving ahead maintaining the same pace and spirits only after convincing the President to extend his support all the way.
