Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy's two-day tour of Krishna district has ended in utter discontent of the local populace. Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy didn't make any pucca assurances about the pending Pulichintala and Machilipatnam port works.

The chief minister merely said that he would come out with a clear and specific announcement within 15 days in respect of these projects. The opposition Telugu Desam party leaders in the district criticised the Kiran Kumar government for its callousness in implementing the pending projects.
