CM dares Digvijay and Jaipal Reddy

CM Kiran Kumar Reddy dares party state political in-charge Digvijay Singh and union minister Jaipal Reddy for their comments on the resolution passed against T-bill.

Speaking to media on Sunday evening “I want to know when Digvijay believes the resolution is just a white paper, then why he is so afraid of it? Why the GoM wants to take legal opinion on it? I have also worked as a Speaker before becoming Chief Minister. Hence, I know all the rules. So far around 80 resolutions passed on several occasions on voice vote and all of they have the legal and constitutional authenticity," said Kiran Kumar Reddy.

He further says, "Lok Pal Bill and Food Security bill were passed with voice vote only. Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and Uttaranchal states were created with voice vote in Parliament. Then how come the resolution passed against T-bill has no authenticity? They should know the voice vote means un-opposed or un-challenged vote. So far no such resolution has been ignored by the Parliament. The resolution is Brahmastra on T-Bill. Even after knowing all these things, some seniors like Jaipal Reddy are questioning the authenticity of the resolution.”
