Centre remain silent spectator: Achchem Naidu

Andhra Pradesh Labor welfare minister Achchem Naidu sharply criticized Central government for remaining silent spectator while Telangana government is acting against constitution and federal spirits. He quotes T-Government’s decision of levying entry tax on the vehicles coming from Andhra Pradesh as an example. He argues that T-Government has violated the conditions mentioned in the AP reorganization bill by issuing a GO for levying entry tax, whereas it was clearly mentioned in the bill that no fresh taxes should be levied till 31st March, 2015. He demands the central government to make Telangana government fall in line. This is first time a minister from AP has raised finger on NDA government. Probably, he may be reflecting the state government’s fury on the Centre for not showing the same spirits that it initially shows.
