The CBI special court at Nampally on Thursday said no to CBI plea for conducting narco analysis test on Vijay Sai Reddy, a close aide of YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, in a case involving Jaganmohan's alleged illegal assets.

The CBI special court refused permission for narco-analysis test on the ground that, as ruled by the Supreme Court, it could not be conducted without the consent of the accused.
