CBI court rejects Jagan petition

For the first time after Jagan Mohan Reddy’s release from jail, faced rejection in CBI court today. The court rejects his petition seeking permission to relieve the bail conditions to make a nationwide tour. He told the court that being the opposition party leader, he needs to meet leaders of opposition leaders across the country seeking support for his Samaikyandhra agitation. However, the court disagrees with his arguments and rejects his petition seeking national permit. He was already given state permit and allowed to visit Delhi recently.

He plans to visit Tamilnadu, Odisha, Bihar and some other states to meet Non-Congress party leaders to improve relations at national level in the name of seeking support for his Samaikyandhra agitation.

Jagan, who filed a petition in Delhi high court few days ago appealing to issue orders to Lok Sabha speaker Meera Kumar to approve his resignation letter, was suggested by the court to meet Speaker in person and appeal for the same. But, he ignored the court suggestion and returns Hyderabad, which indicates that he is actually doesn’t wants to quit his MP post.
