Today, the CBI Court takes-up the charge sheet filed against India Cements, and served summons to all the accused including Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is A1 accused in the case. The court orders all the accused to attend the court on November 1st.

CBI court also serves summons to BCCI President N.Srinivasan, who is also the director of India Cements Company and accused in the same case. He was also asked to attend the court on November 1st.
