CBI files charge sheet in Jagan’s case

 

Today, CBI has filed a supplementary charge sheet to its 1st charge sheet filed against Jagan’s illegal and inappropriate assets case few months ago. It charges the 3 big pharma companies-Arabindo, Hetro Drugs and Trident Life Sciences, which have collectively invested an amount of Rs. 29.5 crores in Jagan Mohan Reddy owned Jagati Publications. CBI states that Arabindo and Trident Life Sciences Companies have invested Rs.10 crores and Hetro Drugs Rs.19.5 crores in Jagati Publications against the ROC rules and regulations. Total 13 names including the directors of these pharma companies were listed in the supplementary charge sheet.
