Modi’s Tax benefits for Salaried Women

The Finance ministry might come out with a proposal to increasing the IT exemption limit for salaried women.  The exemption limit for the threshold income below which individuals are not liable to pay taxes for women could be fixed at between Rs. 3,25,000 to Rs. 3,50,000.The earlier practice  after the 2012-2013 budget is fixed at Rs 2 lakhs for both men and women. This move by the Finance Ministry is part of larger plan to overhaul the entire tax regime and allow people to have more spending income and  allow them to plan and spend their household budgets and savings.
