Botsa confused between party and government

PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana seems to be confused with the thin line between party and government in making statement on government’s decision of increasing the electrical tariff. First he said that Congress party will appeal the government to reconsider its decision. Then, the next moment responding to the ministers’ objections, he said whatever decisions taken by CM are party decisions. Hence, he opined that CM should discuss the matter within party first before taking a final decision. But, CM being head of the state has to take any decision only after discussing with his cabinet ministers and not with his party members. Then only it would be understood that it is a government’s decision and it’s considered an official decision. But, if the same is discussed and finalized inside the party it would be considered as a party decision and will not have authenticity, unless it is approved by the cabinet ministers. But, Botsa Satyanarayana being PCC president and Transport minister states it as a party decision and again describes the same as government’s decision.
