Allahabad Bomb Blast: At least six people were killed and 15 others were injured in a crude bomb explosion in Allahabad on Wednesday afternoon. Media reports said that the crude bombs exploded inside a garbage heap at around 4 p.m. The incident took place in the Kareli area of Allahabad.

Police personnel rushed to the spot following the explosion. The nature of the explosive device could not be ascertained yet.
