Amit Shah in demonetisation scam

Many people have been arguing that demonetisation was merely a scam to turn the black money into white. Now the BJP president Amit Shah himself seems to be in the heat of such allegations. The information received through an RTI act show that something suspicious has gone in the bank which Amit is one the director. The Ahmedabad District Cooperative Bank (ADCB) received highest amount of deposits of demonetised notes. It has received Rs 745.59 crore within five days of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announcement on November 8, 2016. This is a record among District co-operative banks. And that’s just a tip of the iceberg. An amount worth 3,118.51 crore were deposited in eleven Gujarat district cooperative banks linked to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). But BJP of course has slammed these allegations as baseless.
