PANAJI: Lakshman Behare, the RSS chief who has been appointed recently said that, Amit Shah, the national President of BJP should have met the protesters and tried to understand the issue during his visit to Goa in the month of August.He made the statement supporting Subash Velgnkar, who was an RSS leader, for conducting a black flag protest during the BJP president’s visit to the state. On Sunday Behare said in an interview that, the protesters were showing black flags only to highlight the problems in the state. Amit Shah should have met them and tried to understand their issues, he said, adding “But Shah instead chose not to meet them. That was not right”.
