AAP expels two seniors from party

Aam Admi Party that comes into power in Delhi government with overwhelming majority is used to claim that it is totally different from typical political parties because it takes collective decisions in the party instead of blindly obeying the party supreme orders. But, if seen the ongoing developments taking place in the party, anyone will agree that it is also transformed into a typical political party.

It expelled its two senior leaders Yogendra Yadav, Prashanth Bhushan and also their supporters Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha from the party today. The reason for their expulsion is that they both openly criticized the chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and raise banner against his policies. They both were not even allowed to attend the National Council meeting held at party office in New Delhi today.

Hence, Yogendra Yadav has staged a dharna in front of the party office with his supporters in protest. He alleges that Aam Admi Party mobilizes supporters of Arvind Kejriwal in large number to prevent them reaching the meeting venue. Arvind Kejriwal and Yogendra Yadav’s supporters have clashed with each other and created ugly scenes at the party office in the presence of media.
