9 MLCs and 2 MLAs Join TRS party

In what could be seen as the strengthening of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi  in the state council, two MLAs and 9 MLCs joined the TRS party today. Two  BSP MLAs A. Indrakaran Reddy (Nirmal) and Koneru koanappa (Sirpur Kagaznagar) have joined the TRS along with 9 MLCs from the Congress and other parties   who include Jagadheeshwar Reddy, Bhanu Prasad Rao, Bhoopal Reddy, Rajalingam, KR Amos, Yadava Reddy,Mohan Reddy, Venkateshwarlu and Saleem were given a warm welcome into the party by the Chief Minister of Telangana and TRS party Chief K Chandra Sekhar Rao today afternoon.

Congress MLC Bhanu Prasad while speaking at the event today said they were a part of the Congress as they believed that Sonia Gandhi would bring in separate Telangana and that they were joining the TRS only for the further development of the State of Telangana.
