Dookudu to be Dubbed in Malayalam

Prince Mahesh Babu's Dookudu will be be dubbed into Malayalam. After the super success of the Dookudu movie in Andhra, the buyers from Kerala expressed interest to dub the film into Malayalam. Mahesh Babu's 'Khaleja' was released in Kerala last week (dubbed version) but opened to a lukewarm response it seems. However, buoyed by the response from Dookudu, the buyers are optimistic. Also, Dookudu might be dubbed into Tamil but the chances are bleak, given the latest regulations on movies in Tamil Naidu. But the encouraging news is that the success of Dookudu opens the market for Telugu films in Chennai City & suburbs where it forms 85 % of revenue for a Telugu film.

Back in AP, Mahesh Babu's Dookudu is setting a new Tollywood box office records as the movie collects around 2 crores in Nizam alone on the first day. In fact, in Machilipatnam, the Dookudu 1st day share is equal to Khaleja total run share. Now these Dookudu collections have come in the wake where Tollywood is going through a bad patch. Surely, these collections might encourage the buyers and boost the industry.
